Annalisa Wilson

Annalisa Wilson currently serves as the Group Head of Social and Community at Persimmon Homes, where the focus is on enhancing customer experience and community management. Prior to this role, Annalisa was the Director of Community at TMW Unlimited, managing social customer experience for major UK clients and winning accolades for crisis management with Danone. Annalisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language from Newcastle University and A' Levels in Business Studies, English, and German from Felsted School.
