Paul Coby

Paul Coby is an experienced technology executive and board member, currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Metro Bank and a Board Trustee at MOLA, while also holding a governance role at More House School. Coby acts as the Chief Information Officer at Persimmon Homes, and previously held the CIO position at Johnson Matthey from April 2018 to August 2022. With significant experience in non-executive roles at companies such as Virgin Money UK PLC and CYBG PLC, Coby has also provided advisory services to various organizations, including Moorfields Eye Hospital and the John Lewis Partnership, where Coby was the first CIO responsible for IT strategy. Coby earned an MA in History from the University of Cambridge between 1974 and 1977.
