Chelsey Brittain

Chelsey Brittain is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Project Specialist at Persistent Systems, LLC since August 2022, Chelsey previously held the position of Project Specialist. Additionally, Chelsey co-owns and manages PC Hay & Cattle Company, a role maintained since February 2008. Between August 2017 and August 2022, Chelsey contributed as the District Secretary for IDALIA RJ-3 SCHOOL DISTRICT. Prior experience includes serving as a Personnel Service Specialist in the US Army from June 1999 to June 2008. Chelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Illinois Springfield, completed in December 2007, and also studied at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College from August 2002 to May 2005.
