Dusty Bartlett has extensive experience in leadership and program management, currently serving as Vice President of Programs at Persistent Systems, LLC since October 2021, and previously holding the role of Director of Programs. A distinguished 22-year career as a Naval Officer in the US Navy spanned from October 1999 to October 2021, including key positions such as JSOC J33 Communications Subject Matter Expert, Deputy Commander of the Joint Communications Unit, and N6 Operations Officer at the Naval Special Warfare Development Group. Dusty Bartlett managed large teams and significant budgets, overseeing advanced information systems and cybersecurity operations in various capacities.
