Eric Bader is an experienced project and operations manager with over two decades in logistics, training, and leader development, specializing in process improvement and financial management. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Persistent Systems, LLC, Eric is responsible for managing international commercial partner agreements and enhancing partner training programs. Previously, they held roles such as Senior Project Manager at NECI and Chief External Affairs for the U.S. Coast Guard, where they directed public affairs and managed significant operational budgets. Eric earned a Master’s degree in Operations Research from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
