Jaideep Vijay Dhok

Jaideep Vijay Dhok is SVP & GM, leading the global business in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry segment. He is responsible for driving client success and end-to-end growth around digital engineering and enterprise modernization across Persistent’s BFSI clients globally.

With over 20 years of experience, Jaideep brings a varied background across multiple technology streams and domain verticals under BFSI. Obsessed with client success, Jaideep enjoys solving complex business problems using technology. Over the past 11 years at Persistent he has led several major transformational engagements, established new business lines, and helped to expand the footprint of the BFSI industry segment significantly.

Prior to joining Persistent, Jaideep spent nine years at Infosys Technologies, along with a brief stint at Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Jaideep holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Shivaji University.
