Sarang Shevadekar

Sarang Shevadekar has over 25 years of experience in technology delivery, marked by leadership in diverse initiatives and significant achievements in transformation programs and organizational change. Sarang previously worked at Capgemini, where they held various roles, including Programme Director, leading a QA transformation for a global bank. They also served as Delivery Head at HSBC Technology and Head of Campus Recruitment & Learning at Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd. Currently, Sarang is the Senior Vice President and Head of Delivery Excellence at Persistent Systems, where they continue to drive impactful innovation. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Pune.
