Sarang Wagh

Sarang Wagh is currently the Human Resources Manager at Persistent Systems, where they possess strong knowledge of the entire employee lifecycle and statutory compliances. Previously, Sarang held positions at companies including Cadbury India Ltd, Cummins India Ltd, and M/s Millennium Mobility Pvt Ltd, gaining extensive experience in HR duties such as payroll processing and employee relations. Sarang also served as an Officer HR at Ziemann India Pvt. Ltd, focusing on statutory compliance and employee grievances. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Pune and have completed a Master’s in Personnel Management along with a Diploma in Labour Law and Labour Welfare.
