Karen H.

Karen H. has extensive work experience in sales and business development. Karen has been an Account Executive for PersistIQ since 2022 and for Skin Essence Organics from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to present, they have been the Director of Media Sales and Business Development for Vista Global Media Collective Inc. (Vista Magazine), as well as Partner and Director of Business Development, liaising with natural health brands in developing digital marketing campaigns. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Canadian Retail Sales Manager for Vivo Brand Management, supporting natural health food and mass market retailers across Canada. Prior to that, they were the owner and personal trainer for Fitness with Karen from 2010 to 2016.

Karen H. has a diverse educational background, having obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from York University in 2006, a Certified Nutritional Practitioner from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition in 2014, a Registered Yoga Teacher from Awakened Life School of Yoga in 2012, and a Certified Personal Trainer from CanFitPro in 2006.
