Shervine Dolatshahi has a diverse work experience beginning in 2001 with Persius Media, where they were a Co-Founder and Creative Director. Shervine was responsible for the acquisition and retention of a client base including Hugo Boss, BD Pharmaceuticals, American Express, Qualcomm, Nordstrom's, Ross Simons Jewelers, and Dearinger Salon, as well as designing company identities, collateral, and advertising campaigns. In 2004, they worked as a QA/Playstation Game Test Analyst at Sony Computer Entertainment of America SCEA, where they tested and detected issues throughout the game production cycle and acted as a QA liaison to the cross-functional team. In 2005, they became a Senior Sales Manager and Real Estate Consultant at First Financial and Real Estate Services, consulting clients with complete financial analysis on short-term and long-term profitable options. In 2010, they worked at Hookah Life Corp as a Web Development and Social Media Marketing, developing company strategy and handling all operations, creating and managing social media avenues, and developing company identity and corporate design packages. In 2011, they worked at Be Hive of Healing Medical Corporation as a Web Marketing and Multimedia Design, designing and developing the e-commerce shopping cart and creating a custom theme and CSV database of products. Finally, in 2012, they co-founded Persius Creative, where they managed the creation of strategy and implementation for all projects, lead graphic design for web and print, directed search engine optimization campaigns, and managed online and offline marketing campaigns.

Shervine Dolatshahi attended the Art Institute of California from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, and Marketing.
