Elie Saliba has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Elie started as a Software Engineer at Computervision in 1986 and later joined Technology Integration Incorporated (TII) in 1991 as a Software Engineer. At TII, they served as a Project Leader for the design and development of a distributed Health-and-Usage-Monitoring-System (HUMS) UNIX-based application used for aircraft fleet monitoring and maintenance.
In 1995, Elie transitioned to BF Goodrich Aerospace as a Software Development Manager, where they managed a large effort for the design and development of FAA-certifiable aerospace products. This included an airborne Flight Data Recorder (FDR) and a supporting Ground-Based System (GBS). Elie also oversaw the use of PCMCIA flash memory cards for data exchange between the two systems.
Elie joined OrderTrust in 1997 as the Director of Software Development. Elie managed a team of 22 software engineers responsible for developing software for three product lines related to E-commerce services, including order and payment processing, credit card fraud detection, and networking/security.
From 1999 to 2003, Elie worked at KeyCommerce, Inc. as a VP of Engineering. Elie was responsible for managing the full life cycle of all company products and led a group of 18 developers and QA engineers. During this time, they successfully launched enterprise-class supply chain products used by companies such as Sun Microsystems, Raytheon, and Carrier.
In 2003, Elie joined DiagnosisONE, Inc. as a VP of Software Engineering. Over the next nine years, they led world-class teams in building innovative healthcare products. This included a Chronic Care Management (CCM) system, Clinical Decision Support (CDS) and Analytics system, quality reporting systems, an Electronic Laboratory Reporting (ELR) system, and a CDS solution integrated with Google Health and Microsoft HealthVault. Elie also led the engineering activities for developing a SaaS-based serviceability platform.
Starting in 2012, Elie became the VP of Engineering and Support Services at Alere Analytics. Elie continued to lead development efforts for products built by DiagnosisONE and built and managed a customer support team that became integrated with Alere's global support organization. Elie also implemented support processes and workflows using SalesForce and SharePoint.
Most recently, Elie joined Persivia in 2015 as the VP of Implementation and Support Services. Their role involved spearheading client implementation and integration projects for Medicare's Chronic Care Management (CCM), working directly with EMR and EHR vendors and end users at physician practices. Elie also led the integration, testing, and roll-out of a SaaS-based serviceability platform for the company's core service offerings.

Elie Saliba pursued their education in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Elie attended the University of Rhode Island, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from 1980 to 1982. Following this, they continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering, completing the program from 1982 to 1985.
