Francis Koh

Francis Koh is the CEO of PERSOLKELLY and was previously an Executive Council Member at ASME from January 2013 to December 2018. Francis was also the President of the Singapore Professional Recruitment Organisation from September 2012 to December 2019. Francis has extensive experience in the field of human resources and has been instrumental in helping businesses grow their businesses. Francis is a strong advocate for equal opportunity and fair treatment for all workers.

Francis Koh graduated from Anderson Junior College and then attended the National University of Singapore where they earned their B.eng in Civil engineering. Francis later attended Harvard Business School.
