Melissa Chapman

Melissa Chapman has a diverse background in social services and customer support, with experience spanning from 2008 to the present. At Person Centered Care Services, Melissa holds multiple roles including Assistant Director of Self-Directed Services, Program Manager for Self-Directed Supports, and Fiscal Intermediary Coordinator. Prior to this, Melissa served as a Medicaid Service Coordinator at Community Resources, where responsibilities included guiding families through state and federal funding processes. Earlier roles include working as a Customer Service Representative at Pathmark Stores and a Para Professional for the Board of Education, focusing on positive behavior reinforcement for children. Melissa began an independent brokerage for self-direction in 2015, developing expertise in person-centered planning and OPWDD regulations.
