Ashley Backlund possesses extensive experience in compliance and quality assurance within care coordination and human resources. Since July 2018, Ashley has advanced through various roles at Person Centered Services Care Coordination Organization, LLC, ultimately serving as Compliance and Incident Manager, and previously holding positions such as Regulatory Compliance Coordinator and Quality Improvement Analyst. Prior to this, Ashley worked at The Summit Center from December 2011 to July 2018, where positions included Human Resources Assistant and Quality Assurance Corporate Compliance Administrator. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from the State University of New York College at Buffalo and an Advanced Regents Diploma from Grand Island Senior High School.
