Dorothy Chung (Honey)

Dorothy (Honey) Chung is an experienced professional with a diverse background in care coordination, mentorship, and customer service. Since November 2018, Dorothy has been serving as a Care Coordinator at Person Centered Services Care Coordination Organization, LLC. Concurrently, Dorothy holds the position of Mentor Coordinator at the Judicial Process Commission since May 2018. Previous experience includes working as a Community Support Professional at Arc of Monroe County from December 2017 to December 2018, and a long tenure in customer service at Verizon Wireless from August 2004 to January 2017. Dorothy possesses a Master of Science in Leadership and Coaching, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management, both from Bellevue University, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Monroe Community College.
