Jennifer Allen

Jennifer Allen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in clinical operations and behavioral health management. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations at Person Centered Services Care Coordination Organization, LLC since August 2018, Jennifer has also held roles such as IRC Chairperson and Senior Program Manager. As a Mental Health First Aid Trainer for Mental Health First Aid for New York since December 2022, Jennifer contributes to mental health education and awareness. Previous positions include Cross Systems Navigator at APIC and various roles at Baker Victory Services, where Jennifer gained a solid foundation in social work and direct support. Jennifer holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from PennWest Edinboro and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Hilbert College.
