Susan Koelzer has extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as Regional Sales Manager and Sr. Relationship Manager at Persona Sign Makers-Image Builders since 2010. Prior to this role, Susan held the position of Regional Sales Development Manager at Everbrite, LLC from February 2009 to May 2010. Susan's earlier career includes significant roles at ImagePoint and Plasti-Line, where responsibilities spanned from National Account Manager to Team Manager and Regional Sales Manager from 1995 to 2009, as well as a Sales Engineer position at Hertel Cutting Technologies from 1993 to 1995. Susan began the professional journey as a Customer Service Manager at Tennessee Cabinet from 1986 to 1992. Educationally, Susan attained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management and a BS in Organizational Management from Tusculum University between 1994 and 1998.

LIGHTING - For 40 years Persona specialized in every type of exterior illuminated signage. Now we’ve added products like interior signage, flag poles, and parking lot and parking ramp lights. We’ve made great strides helping companies with their “green” initiatives, too, moving them from neon or fluorescent lighting to LED. IMAGE - Persona has created a state of the art printing facility right here in Watertown, South Dakota. With it we can produce hi-res seamless sign faces and banners - and just about any digital application you can think of. Persona is a national manufacturer and service provider for interior and exterior signage. We build aluminum and steel cabinets, rigid and flexible faces with screened, vinyl-applied and digitally printed decorations, channel letters, and thermoformed rigid faces. We also fabricate a wide variety of custom sign solutions for large and small corporations and other entities across North America.
