Chef Dave M

Chef Dave M is an accomplished Executive Chef with a diverse culinary background. They began their career as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Arizona Golf Resort from 1991 to 1992 before advancing to roles such as Chef at Hilton and Chef De Partie at Marriott Phoenix Resort Tempe at The Buttes from 1994 to 1999. Chef Dave later served as Executive Chef at Masters Chef from 1999 to 2005, where they showcased their expertise in American cuisine after graduating from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts with an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Since 2005, they have specialized as a Personal Chef, catering to high-end clients with a focus on private dining and banquets.
