Kenisha Williams

Kenisha Williams has had a diverse work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Data Analyst/Business Analyst at Personal Genome Diagnostics (PGDx). In this role, they organized the development, implementation, and maintenance of eQMS, evaluated findings to make impactful recommendations to business leaders, built analytical dashboards, evaluated monthly training metrics, uploaded and maintained electronic documentation in eQMS, and spearheaded internal and external audit preparation for the Quality Assurance, Operations, and Clinical Laboratory departments. Kenisha also maintained eQMS Training Management System for 200 users. In 2020, they worked as a Data Analyst/Quality Analyst at Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. In 2021, they became an Assistant Manager at Crafty Crab Restaurant. Finally, from 2011 to 2021, they worked as a Guest Services Specialist at the National Aquarium, where they problem solved 50 guest concerns daily, sold on average 30 memberships daily, processed on average 1,000 online orders monthly, confirmed accuracy of stroller check-in and entry tickets, communicated with guests to maintain crowd control, authorized and processed refunds, voids and reprints for guests, used Salesforce system to generate necessary daily reports, and administered training and communicated expectations to all new hires.

Kenisha Williams is currently enrolled in Towson University, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/ Business Management. Kenisha is scheduled to graduate in 2022. In the same year, they will be obtaining a Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org.
