Paola Tula

Paola Tula is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in managing and developing teams across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Personal Pay since February 2021, Paola previously held the position of Supervisora Operaciones at Ixpandit Fintech Factory, where responsibilities included team support and management indicators tracking. Prior roles include Team Leader of Operations Marketplace at Dafiti, overseeing associated stores and onboarding new businesses, and a capacity-building role at Formar.te. Additionally, Paola has experience as a Supervisor in Telemarketing at V-N GLOBAL BPO and as Head of Training and Quality at Qualytel. Paola holds a degree in Letras from the University of Buenos Aires.
