Robert E. Goff

Robert Goff has served as Executive Director and CEO of University Physicians Network, LLC (UPN) in New York City since 1998. Robert has also served as a Corporate Director of several health care businesses in both technology and health care sectors. Robert received his advanced education at Northeastern University, Babson College and Cornell University.

With more than 40 years of experience in the health care industry, Robert is a recognized expert in care delivery, organization and financing. His career has spanned a wide range of leadership positions as a hospital administrator, regulator, managed care executive, consultant and association executive.

Robert is the author of numerous articles and training materials for medical practices. As an entrepreneur, he has been responsible for the development of numerous health care businesses.

Robert’s published work includes; Managed Care, the Solution No One Wanted; Health Benefits Magazine, Fall 1997; Recession Reality; Professional Association of Health Care Office Managers, Spring 2009; and Practice Intolerance, Revenue Cycle Management for Physicians: Editions 1 – 7, 2000 – 2010.

UPN is a physician founded, owned and operated organization, committed to help member physicians cope with the changes and challenges of the health care business environment. Robert volunteers and serves as a Director of Medical Debt Resolution. He also serves as a Board Member of Personal Touch Holding Corp.

Robert currently resides with his wife in Wappingers Falls, New York.
