Debi Kar

Debi Kar is the CEO and co-founder of Personifwy. Prior to this, they served as the South Zone Leader of ES- Digital Native Business at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from January 2020 to February 2021. In this role, Debi provided deep technology cloud based solutions for startups in India. Debi also led a team of strong Technical Account Managers.

Before their time at AWS, Debi worked as a Senior Manager at Deloitte from February 2011 to January 2020. At Deloitte, Debi delivered large scale global business transformation through technology for clients and drove sales, delivery, and innovation around Big Data, IOT, Cloud, RPA, and Analytics. Debi also practiced building and growth strategy formulation around digital innovation.

Deb continues to lead Conversational AI capability building efforts from India. Debi has also led large teams and multiyear engagements in developing and deploying Analytics solutions on the cloud, especially for Real World Evidence for Life Science Clients, Failure prediction & Driver Safety Analytics for the Automobile industry, Churn Prediction for Telecom, and Automation solutions for Banking.

Debi Kar has a Berkeley Executive Program in management from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business with a focus on strategy and innovation. Debi also has a B.Tech from Utkal University in E&I. Debi has a certification from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Tackling the Challenge of Big Data.
