Sameer Dharap

Sameer Dharap is currently an Advisor at Personifwy. Sameer has over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Sameer started their career with Larsen & Toubro Limited in 2003 as an Assistant Manager. In 2008, they moved to ECS Private Limited as a Consultant. In 2010, they joined PwC India as a Principal Consultant. While at PwC, they advised clients on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and private equity investments.

In 2014, Sameer joined KPMG India as an Associate Director in the Deal Advisory practice. Sameer advised clients on M&A transactions, capital markets transactions, and private equity investments.

In 2017, they left KPMG to join XinFin Organisation as Vice President - Blockchain Applications. Sameer was responsible for developing and delivering blockchain solutions to XinFin's clients.

In 2018, they joined Eskay Resorts as Director. Sameer was responsible for overseeing the operations of the resort and ensuring that the guests had a memorable experience.

Sameer has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.

Sameer Dharap pursued a B.E. in Production Engineering from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering and an MBA in Operations & Manufacturing from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research. Sameer also holds a certification from PwC India in Six Sigma Black Belt.
