David Kantrowitz

David Kantrowitz is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in privacy and compliance. Currently serving as Vice President at Personify Health since May 2025, David oversees privacy and compliance initiatives. Prior to this role, David was a Subject Matter Expert at Guidepost Solutions, where consulting on privacy and data security frameworks took place. From June 2022 to March 2025, David functioned as Assistant General Counsel at Grubhub, leading the privacy and cybersecurity legal function. An accomplished partner at Goodwin for over a decade, David specialized in various aspects of data privacy and cybersecurity, including incident response and regulatory counseling. David began legal training as a Law Clerk for Hon.
