Prior roles include Workplace Health & Wellbeing Specialist and Fitness Coach at Orangetheory Fitness, where responsibilities included ensuring participant safety and motivation during classes. Kristen also held the position of Program Manager at HealthFitness, managing fitness center activities and developing strategic business plans. Additional experience includes the creation of a successful paid interval training class and engaging member wellness through a weekly blog series. Kristen's career began as an Exercise Science Intern at YMCA of the USA, focused on health coaching and fitness program coordination. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from The Ohio State University.
