Raj Merchant

Raj Merchant is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment banking. Currently serving as a Board Member for HealthComp and Alpine Intel, Raj also holds the position of Vice President at New Mountain Capital since October 2018, where previous roles included Senior Associate and Private Equity Associate. Prior experience includes a Private Equity Associate role at Vector Capital and an Investment Banking Analyst position at J.P. Morgan, specifically within the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Raj's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and a study abroad program at The London School of Economics and Political Science. Raj completed secondary education with an IB Diploma from Newark Academy.
