Amanda Maia de Carvalho

Amanda Maia de Carvalho is a Senior Product Designer with extensive experience in designing user-centric solutions across various industries. Currently at Personio since July 2022, Amanda previously held the same title at Hotmart, where responsibilities included creating foundational elements for a new platform and enhancing user journeys. Prior roles include Senior Product Designer at Localiza, focusing on end-to-end design processes, and Product and Service Designer at IHM Stefanini, where Amanda contributed to holistic digital platform development and the integration of design thinking. Other positions include Coordinator and Designer for Glasgow Mini Maker Faire, Designer UX|UI Pleno at SmarttBot, and Service Designer at the University of Glasgow Co.lab. Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Design Innovation and Service Design from The Glasgow School of Art and a Bachelor’s degree in Design from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
