Carlos Herrero García is an experienced Engineering Manager with a diverse background in software development and management. Currently at Personio since January 2022, Carlos leads a team of software engineers focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and support efficiency. Prior to Personio, Carlos worked at SICPA where leadership encompassed two squads of twelve engineers on an inspection platform, and at Amadeus IT Group in various engineering roles, progressing from Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer. Previous positions include roles at Oracle as a Technical Consultant and internships at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and El Senado de España. Carlos holds a Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
