Conor Higgins

Conor Higgins is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in technical sourcing and recruitment. Currently serving as Senior Lead, Talent Sourcing at Personio since June 2023, Conor oversees technical hiring across multiple European and US locations, focusing on roles within Product and Engineering. Prior to this, Conor held the position of Senior Technical Sourcing Partner, specializing in sourcing top-tier software engineering talent across various countries. With a robust history at Meta from April 2014 to June 2023 as Recruiting & Sourcing Manager, Conor spent nearly a decade targeting the top 1% of engineering and product professionals in EMEA and APAC. Additional experience includes a role as a Technical Sourcer at Google and as a Technical Recruiter at Robert Walters. Conor possesses a Master’s degree in E-Commerce from Dublin City University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management from Technological University Dublin.
