Daniel Rios Pavia

Daniel Rios Pavia is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in various leadership and technical roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Lead Software Engineer for Design Systems at Personio since January 2024, Daniel previously contributed as a Senior Software Engineer on the Hydrogen team at Shopify, playing a vital role in launching hydrogen-v1 for the open-source community. Serving as a cofounder of Yellowme until its exit in 2022, Daniel excelled in project management and client engagement. Past roles also include significant contributions at Factory Berlin, Book a Street Artist, Ooyala, Alpha Machine Learning, and various internships focused on machine learning and business intelligence. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Informatics from Grenoble INP - Ense3 and a degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán.
