Desiree Kielenz

Desiree Kielenz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Desiree is currently working at Personio, where they have been in various roles since 2017. Their most recent position is as the Lead Learning Specialist, a role they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Team Lead Learning Specialist from May 2021 to January 2023. Desiree also worked as a Training Specialist from May 2019 to May 2021 and as an Implementation Manager from September 2017 to April 2019.

Before joining Personio, Desiree worked as an Executive Assistant at Trachten Deiser GmbH from October 2014 to August 2017. Desiree also gained experience as a Consultant in Forensic Services at PwC from February 2012 to September 2014. Desiree has experience in marketing as well, having worked as an Assistant Marketing Manager at Fronius International from March 2011 to December 2011.

Desiree's career started in the hospitality industry, where they worked as a Hospitality Specialist at Hotel Esperanto Kongress- und Kulturzentrum Fulda from August 2005 to January 2008.

Desiree Kielenz completed their Bachelor of Arts in International Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences, Fulda from 2008 to 2011. In 2017, they obtained a degree as an NLP Practitioner from Zugspitzakademie, specializing in Neuro Linguistic Programming. The following year, in 2018, they received their NLP-Coach, DVNLP certification from the same institution. Later in 2018, they completed a Train the Trainer program at Hermannsen-Concept. In 2019, they obtained their certification as an Instructor based on the "Ausbilder-Eignungsverordnung (AEVO)" from IHK München. Currently, they are pursuing a field of study in Communication, General at the Dr. A. Kitzmann Institut. In addition to their formal education, they hold certifications in Jira Basics for (Project) Admins and Leadership through the Art of Masterful Communication from Udemy, obtained in 2024, as well as a Personio Essentials certification from Personio, obtained in 2023.
