Ema Kumi

Ema Kumi is currently a Revenue Strategy and Operations professional at Personio, where key responsibilities include supporting business partners on operational and strategic initiatives while monitoring sales team performance. Ema previously contributed to the TUM School of Management as a Project Student focused on sustainable mobility and as a tutor for master’s students in informatics. At Stryber, Ema held a Business Development role, driving marketing initiatives and developing an account-based marketing strategy. Ema's educational background includes a Master's degree in Management and Technology with a specialization in Informatics from the Technical University of Munich, along with a Bachelor's degree from the same institution and various international academic experiences, including participation in a Visiting Student Researcher program at Stanford University.
