Hooria Cigler

Hooria Cigler is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering for the Recruiting Product at Personio since August 2023. Prior to this role, Hooria held various positions at Lyft, most recently as Senior Engineering Manager overseeing User Products within Lyft Business from April 2020 to May 2023. Hooria's career includes significant roles such as Engineering Manager at Stripe and Software Engineering Manager at AppDirect, along with a foundation of expertise gained from positions at Oracle, EPFL, MIT, and Merrill Lynch. Hooria holds both a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
