Jep Esteve

Jep Esteve is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology, finance, and consulting. Currently serving as VP & General Manager of Payroll at Personio since April 2024, Jep has a demonstrated track record in strategic leadership and product innovation. Previously, Jep was the Senior Director of Commerce & FinTech at Meta from July 2020 to April 2024, overseeing global product development and go-to-market strategies for various applications. Prior to that role, Jep was a Partner at the Boston Consulting Group, where responsibilities included enhancing retail customer experiences and building digital operating models. Jep co-founded GREGARIOUS SEEDS SL, focusing on early-stage technology investments in Spain, and held interim leadership positions at Gap Inc. and as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Discovery Labs.
