Katrin Kuchler

Katrin Kuchler is an experienced Payroll Specialist in People Operations at Personio since September 2021, focusing on German payroll. Katrin has progressed through various roles at Personio, serving as a Payroll Associate with a focus on both German and international payroll for Ireland, the UK, and the Netherlands. Previous experience includes internships in People Operations at MHP – A Porsche Company and Learning & Development at KMU Enabler, alongside a Bachelor’s thesis exploring digital B2B sales within the medium-sized machinery and plant engineering sector. Early career experiences cover internships in HR transformation at Bosch Gruppe and vacation work in production at BSH Hausgeräte AG, as well as a marketing internship at Raiffeisen-Volksbank Donauwörth eG, and a year as an Au Pair in Canada. Katrin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Psychology from Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart, completed in 2021.
