Kristian Kolding Foged-Ladefoged has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Kristian Kolding is currently working as a Lead Software Engineer at Personio since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Paf - Games Sport Casino as a Software Architect from 2018 to 2022, where they were responsible for advocating and implementing event-driven architecture guidelines.

From 2015 to 2019, Kristian was the Co-Founder and Lead Software Engineer at NRKSensors, a company specializing in creating algorithms, software, and hardware solutions for measuring the kinematics of horses.
