Lauro Caetano

Lauro Caetano's work experience begins in 2010 as a Co-Founder at 4HTEC, where they developed a smart parking system called SmartPark. Lauro worked on creating a wireless system that displayed real-time information about available parking spots.

In 2011, they became a Software Developer at Governo do Estado de Mato Grosso, where they worked until 2012. Lauro then joined OnCast as a Software Engineer from 2012 to 2013.

From 2013 to 2015, Lauro worked at Plataformatec, later acquired by Nubank, as a Software Developer. Lauro then joined Fyber as a Senior Software Engineer from 2015 to 2017.

In 2018, they worked as a Senior Backend Developer at Homeday GmbH. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Technical Lead / Staff Engineer at N26.

Lauro then joined Ada Health as an Expert (staff) Engineer from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are employed at Personio as a Lead Software Engineer, starting in 2023.

Lauro Caetano completed a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso between 2006 and 2010. Lauro also obtained the Sun Certified Java Programmer certification from Sun Microsystems in 2010.
