Louise Delaney

Louise Delaney currently serves as the Director of People Operations and Technology at Personio since October 2024. Previously, Louise held multiple positions at Google from January 2017 to November 2020, including Global Process Owner for People Operations, HR Operations Manager, and Service Delivery Manager. Earlier in her career, Louise worked as an Intercompany Accountant at Merrill Lynch from September 2004 to March 2007. Louise holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin, completed in May 2004, and a professional qualification in Accounting and Business/Management from CIMA, achieved in May 2008.
