Marlien Raab

Marlien Raab is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic roles at Personio, beginning in November 2021 and progressing through various leadership positions in the CEO Office, including Principal and Senior Manager, as well as roles in GTM strategy and sales operations. Prior to Personio, Marlien Raab worked at Bain & Company from October 2018 to September 2021, where expertise was developed as a Consultant and progressed through the ranks from Associate Consultant Intern to Senior Associate Consultant. Early career experience includes an internship at HelloFresh in 2016. Marlien Raab holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and participated in a semester abroad at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2017.
