Michele Daoud

Michele Daoud is an experienced professional currently serving as the RevOps Lead for Global Programs at Personio since September 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing new product launches, AI adoption, and organizational transformation. Previously, Daoud held the position of Global Lead for GTM Strategy & Operations at Personio, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. Daoud has also contributed to LIFE Lebanon as a Senior Member and has extensive venture capital experience as a Partner at Monk's Hill Ventures, focusing on early-stage tech investments in Southeast Asia. Additionally, Daoud has held various board member roles at companies such as twoplus Fertility, CoderSchool, and Bot MD. Academically, Daoud holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut, complemented by an international exchange experience at Saint Louis University in Madrid, Spain.
