Stephen also worked as the EMEA Organizational Culture Partner at TikTok. Prior to that, Stephen worked at EY in roles such as Lead - Internal Communications & Employee Engagement, Associate Director - Internal Communications & Employee Engagement, Assistant Manager - Internal Communications & Employee Engagement, Senior Associate - Internal Communications & Employee Engagement, and Associate - Internal Communications & Employee Engagement. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and executing internal communication and employee engagement strategies, achieving high engagement metrics, and leading award-winning campaigns.
Stephen Neale received a BA (Hons) Degree in Media Production Management from Dublin City University in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they obtained an HND in Media Journalism from Rathmines College in 2010-2012. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Internal Communications Black Belt from Melcrum, a CEB Company, and a PRII Certificate in Internal Communication from the Public Relations Institute of Ireland in 2015.
