Susanne Maier

Susanne Maier has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 as a Physiotherapist at R2comSport. In 2018, they worked as a Team Assistant in Recruiting at ESR Labs AG. Since 2019, they have been with Personio, starting as a Customer Growth Manager and progressing to roles such as Acting Team Lead, Senior Customer Growth Manager, and finally, Team Lead Customer Growth. In their current position, they lead a team of 7 Growth Managers across two locations, focusing on the Large & XLarge Business Segment in the DACH area. Their responsibilities include recruitment, retention, and professional development of the team, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality results. Susanne possesses key competencies in sales management, leadership, data analysis, strategy, human resources, customer relationship management, interviewing, teamwork, mentoring, and coaching.

Susanne Maier attended Goethe University Frankfurt from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sportwissenschaften and a Nebenfach in Soziologie. In 2011, they briefly studied Athletic Training at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, they attended the Akademie für Gesundheits- und Sozialberufe, specializing in Physiotherapie. In addition, Susanne Maier obtained a certification as a Systemischer Business & Personal Coach from Campus am See | by Cary Buraty in 2023.
