Thomas Rand-Nash

Thomas Rand-Nash, PhD, currently serves as Principal Product Manager for AI/ML at Personio, where responsibilities include leading strategic AI product development and integrating AI capabilities across the company's product ecosystem. Previously, Thomas worked at Google as Senior Product Manager, overseeing the YouTube Video Ads frequency product portfolio and driving significant business initiatives. Early career experience includes roles at Brighterion, The Fuelist, and Mobile Genius, where Thomas focused on operations, strategy, and product development. Thomas holds a PhD in Engineering Systems and two SM degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with a BA in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley.
