Tine Schlaak has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tine is currently working at Personio as the Head of Sales SMB, where they oversee a large team of Account Executives and drives revenue growth in the DACH region. Prior to this, Tine was the Vice President Sales at Sharpist, where they built and led the entire sales function, achieving significant revenue growth and securing enterprise clients. Tine also has experience at Pavilion as an Executive Member, Entrepreneur First as a Cohort Member, Udacity in various sales roles, COMATCH GmbH in business development and sales, L'Oréal as a Global Winner in the L'Oréal Brandstorm competition, and as a freelance Design Thinking Coach. Tine's background also includes a stint as a Graduate Student Consultant at McKinsey & Company and as an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Education Innovation LAB, where they contributed to the development of innovative learning formats.
Tine Schlaak holds a M.Sc degree in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from Technische Universität Berlin. Tine also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Media Science from the University of Potsdam. Additionally, Tine was an International Exchange Student at Mount Holyoke College, where they studied Film and Media Studies/Economics. Tine completed a program in Design Thinking at Hasso-Plattner-Institut Potsdam, School of Design Thinking, and obtained a Master in Management degree in Business Administration & Economics from SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Tine has received certifications as a participant in the L'Oréal Brandstorm 2016 Business Competition and in Design Thinking from Hasso Plattner Institute.
