Erika began their career at Goldman Sachs in 2012, working in the Financial Sponsors Group. Erika then transitioned to the Healthcare and Consumer Retail group in 2013. Erika spent two years at Goldman Sachs before leaving in 2015.

Erika then joined Quikchex, a financial technology startup, where they worked for three years. In 2018, they joined Personnel Search Services Group as an Advisor.
