Krzysztof (Kris) Jakubczak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic management and technology innovation. Currently serving as a board member at Unia Szefów Firm Zamojszczyzny and as the business owner of Perspectiva Solutions since June 2012, Krzysztof also co-founded and leads nanoEMI as CEO, focusing on innovative composite solutions for electromagnetic compatibility challenges. Previous roles include CTO at ASI Valuetech Seed Fund, where investments were made in deep-tech ventures, and lecturer in the Executive MBA Program at Warsaw University of Technology Business School, specializing in market positioning, analysis, and financial projections for tech products. Krzysztof has a strong foundation in standardization as an expert for the Polish Standardization Committee and offers freelance advisory services in innovations and business strategy, specifically in fields such as medical devices and optoelectronics. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in laser technologies and optics from Czech Technical University in Prague and a Master's in electronic metrology from the Military University of Technology.

As a company we are a small contract production facility. In our internal R&D project we developed devices for diagnostics of the laser beam. This now will be upgraded with the AI SaaS platform to be used for preventive maintenance of the laser systems used in medicine and industry. The market problem we target is long down-time of the lasersystems when they get broken. Typically it's 2-4 weeks. We intend to shorten it to 1-2 days. We were funded from our own earnings. Now we're looking for the investment to speed up development and sales activities.
