Polina Kasterova

Polina Kasterova is a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive experience in recruitment, currently employed at Perspective since December 2022. Prior to this role, Polina worked as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Manager at SuitePad from October 2021 to August 2022, where responsibilities included collaborating with Hiring Managers, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers. Polina also served as Recruitment Lead at Altabel Group from March 2019 to August 2021, leading a team, mentoring, and overseeing full-cycle recruiting, as well as holding the position of Technical Recruiter within the same organization. Initial HR experience was gained through a traineeship at ARTOX. Polina holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Economics from the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus, completed in 2019.
