Paul Everett

Paul joined Perspective Financial Group Ltd in 2021 as Group Operations Manager. He recognised our growth plans looked more than promising and knew his skill and experience would help us achieve our plans.

He has been in the financial services sector since 1988 and over the last 20 years has been with a well-known Bank and a large IFA. He has had various roles working with Compliance, Training & Competence and Ops, ending as Managing Director of the IFA.

His role involves supporting a range of projects to support the continued growth of the business and add shareholder value. He enjoys working with, and hopefully supporting and developing, a wide range of people so that the team goes from strength to strength and achieves the aims of the business. Good people well trained to operate good processes is a recipe for success.

His next challenge is writing an assignment to achieve Fellowship of the Chartered Management Institute.
