Dennis Schmal

Dennis Schmal is an accomplished board director and member with extensive experience in various financial and organizational sectors. Currently serving as Board Director for Perspective Pharmacovigilance, Inc. and Cambria ETF Funds, Dennis has been involved in drug-safety monitoring and the sponsorship of publicly traded ETFs since June 2020 and November 2013, respectively. Additionally, Dennis holds significant roles with the North and East Bay Association of Private Country Clubs, AssetMark Mutual Funds, and Keiretsu Forum, contributing to leadership in country club management, mutual fund sponsorship, and angel investment, respectively. Previously, Dennis served as a board member for First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation and Wells Fargo Hedge Funds, and held the position of Chairman and Board Director at Owens Realty Mortgage Inc. Dennis's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from California State University, Fresno.
