Ellen van Dam

Ellen van Dam has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Ellen is currently working as the VP of Clinical Pharmacology and Translational Research at Perspective Therapeutics. Prior to this, they held the positions of Head of R&D and Consultant at Clarity Pharmaceuticals from 2014 to 2023. Ellen also served as the Operations Manager at Bioplatforms Australia from 2014 to 2016 and as the Manager of the Functional Genomics Facility at Garvan Institute of Medical Research from 2013 to 2014. Ellen has also worked as a Research Scientist at Pharmaxis from 2006 to 2010 and as a Research Officer at Children's Medical Research Institute from 2005 to 2006. Ellen has a PhD in Cell Biology and was a PhD student at the Dept. of Cell Biology, UMC Utrecht from 1996 to 2001.

Ellen van Dam received their Ph.D. in Cell Biology from Utrecht University, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained their Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Leiden University, attending from 1992 to 1996. Ellen completed their VWO (pre-university education) at Hertog Jan College from 1984 to 1990.
